Reservation Policy

  • Check In Time is 3:00pm
  • Limit (1) One Vehicle per room & apartment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • All Room Reservations require a deposit of the First Night Rate plus tax
  • All Apartment & Suite Reservations for more than 1 night require a 50% Deposit
  • Any cars without a valid parking pass will be towed at the owner’s expense
    Check Out Time is 11:00 am. All vehicles must be removed from the property by 11:30 am
  • Dogs are not allowed during the summer season, however we do make exceptions before Memorial Day and after Columbus Day for guests with clean, well behaved dogs. There is a $35.00/a day fee. Any damage is an additional charge and will be added to the fee. These reservations can only be made over the telephone by calling 401.596.5616.

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations created for dates from Memorial Day to Labor Day have a non-refundable deposit
  • Reservations created for dates outside of Memorial day to Labor day must give 2 weeks prior notification to receive a refund of the deposit
  • All Apartment rental deposits are nonrefundable on any date. (please note that a 50% Deposit is required for all Apartment rentals)
  • Any cancellation within three (3) days of arrival will be charged the total stay
  • Arrivals after midnight, without prior notice, forfeit their reservation and deposit is nonrefundable
  • After Check-In, refunds will not be permitted
  • All reservations for 3 nights or longer require a 50% deposit that is refundable in accordance with our current cancellation policy
